Sophia Arena

Sophia Arena serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at TOPIX Skin Health since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sophia worked as a Private Equity Associate at Sycamore Partners from September 2021 to August 2023, contributing to the Investment Team. Additional experience includes a position as a New Market Development Extern at Peloton Interactive in early 2021 and various roles at Bain & Company from August 2018 to July 2021, where Sophia advanced from Associate Consultant Intern to Senior Associate Consultant. Earlier experience includes an internship in Global Marketing Solutions at Meta in summer 2016. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Business Honors from Texas McCombs School of Business, completed in 2018.
