Erin Murphy began their career in 2007 as a Regional Outreach Coordinator for STAND: The Student-led Division of Genocide Intervention Network. In 2009, they took on the roles of Communications and Research Associate and Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2010, they served as a Communications Strategist for The A21 Campaign: Abolishing Injustice in the 21st Century (Kyiv, Ukraine). In 2011, they were a Fulbright Scholar for the U.S. Fulbright Scholar Program. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Independent Consultant and Director of Operations & Social Entrepreneur for Khusi Hona. In 2015, they became the Founder of DIGNITY COLLECTIVE, an ethically-manufactured clothing and housewares line. In 2020, they were an Equity Research Summer Associate for Credit Suisse. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Chief Growth Officer and PM, Director of Product Growth for Topl.

Erin Murphy began their education in 2007, when they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a BA in Public Relations, Global Health, and Russian Language in 2011. In 2008, they attended the Russian State University for the Humanities (RGGU) for a Russian Language and Politics Summer Program. In 2010, they attended the School for International Training for a Post-Conflict Transformation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia; B-C-S Language program. In 2019, Erin began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from The Wharton School, and a Master of Arts - MA from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania in International/Global Studies, both of which they are expected to complete in 2021.
