Vicki Roscoe Erickson has 20 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Vicki started their career at the John H. Harland Company, where they worked as a Financial/Marketing Consulting Manager, providing strategic consulting services to financial institutions. Vicki then moved to Ameriprise Financial, where they held the position of Senior Marketing and Strategy Manager, focusing on creating strategic initiatives to retain high-value asset clients. After that, they worked at CPP North America as a Senior Marketing Manager, managing relationships with billion-dollar financial institutions and overseeing program management and execution. Currently, Erickson is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at TopLine Financial Credit Union, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including branding, communications, advertising, and community initiatives. Vicki is dedicated to educating consumers about the credit union difference and promoting financial independence and wise money management.

In 1988 to 1991, they attended St. Anthony Village High School, where they pursued a general high school education. From 1991 to 1995, they enrolled at Hamline University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Business Management & Political Science. In 2001, they attended Northwestern University to attend the Financial Database Marketing School. Finally, in 2004, Vicki was enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and studied Strategic Marketing, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree.
