Burcu Alsan

Burcu Alsan is a seasoned organization and people scientist and design thinking coach, currently serving as the Founder of Senswise, a company located in the YTU Teknopark R&D ecosystem in Türkiye. Alsan has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, having held positions as Talent Management and Organization Development Manager at Koç Holding and Corporate Human Resources Group Coordinator at SOCAR Türkiye. Additional roles include leadership and talent consultant manager at Korn Ferry Hay Group and project manager for corporate social responsibility at Türkiye İş Bankası. Alsan has been a board member and volunteer at Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TOG) since 2007 and has contributed to various educational and developmental initiatives. With a B.A. in Psychology from Boğaziçi University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University, Alsan has further enhanced qualifications through leadership development programs in Denmark and courses at prestigious institutions like the University of Oxford and MIT.
