Mona Habib is the Director of Customer Success at topmed Progressing Humanity, driving VBHC strategic solutions through evidence based data and focusing on customer success and new business growth across MENA. She is also the Principal Consultant - Healthcare at Think.Health.Care Solutions, working on breakthrough solutions in new market access, strategic alliances, business model innovation, and medical technology. Previously, she was the Regional Service Lead MENA & CIS at Cepheid, and the Business Development & Projects- Regional Head at Medtronic IHS, where she established IHS partnerships in new markets and optimized costs. With a background in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA in New Ventures in Healthcare, Mona has a deep understanding of healthcare service and medical equipment technology. She has a history of successful management and leadership roles in the healthcare industry, focusing on innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiency.
