Abigail Shepardson

Abigail Shepardson, M.Div, CDR has a wealth of experience in the field of recruitment and talent management. Abigail began their career in 2006 as a Worship Leader at GPS Faith Community. In 2009, they moved to ELCA as a Recruiting and Mission Development professional. In 2015, they were the Manager of Recruiting and Executive Director at The Art Experience. In 2016, they became the Customer Support and Marketing Manager at Time IQ. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Talent Partner Manager (Technical) at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. Abigail is currently the Director of Talent at Topography Health, a position they have held since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for building tools and services that enable physicians to overcome existing barriers to entry in research.

Abigail Shepardson, M.Div, CDR has an education history that includes a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Wartburg Theological Seminary from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Theology and Divinity. Abigail also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rockford University from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Vocal Music Performance/Creative Writing. Abigail has also obtained additional certifications, including a Lever Administrator Certificate from Lever in December 2022, a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP, a Mission Developer from ELCA, and a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller.
