Joshua (Mac) Parish has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Topography Health, a physician-focused clinical trials platform. In 2019, they were Co-Founder of Hooky, a SaaS-enabled marketplace for professional development. In 2017, they were an Investor at FJ Labs, evaluating early investment opportunities. From 2014 to 2017, they were Co-founder & Operations Director of Spanish Entity at Crowdcube España, a market-leading Spanish equity crowdfunding platform. From 2010 to 2014, they were employed at Kiva.org, where they held four roles including Portfolio Manager, Senior Field Support Specialist, Field Support Specialist for Anglophone and Lusophone Africa, and Kiva Fellows Program Intern.

Joshua (Mac) Parish received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a MA in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, a BA in Anthropological Science from Stanford University, and attended Stanford in Washington and the University of Buenos Aires for Anthropology.
