Ian Bruggeman

Ian Bruggeman serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Toppers Pizza since September 2025. Previously, Ian held various leadership roles at Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, including Director of Operations, Director of Franchise Development, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, also serving as the operating partner of the first-ever franchise. Before that, Ian gained experience in multi-asset investments at the Indiana Public Retirement System and as a Financial Performance Improvement Consultant at EY. Additional roles include positions at H.I.G. Capital, UCB, the American Red Cross, and Merrill Lynch. Ian holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, and attended a summer program at The London School of Economics focusing on capitalism and social inequality.
