Prior to this, Lee held leadership roles in HR at companies such as HSBC Global Asset Management, Microsoft, and BIMA. Lee's career has spanned various industries and countries, showcasing a diverse and extensive HR expertise. Lee holds a BA Hons in International Politics from Durham University and a Grad CIPD in Human Resources from Kingston University.
