The leadership team at TopstepTrader has a history of experience in both the trading industry and in entrepreneurship. The team's co-founder was previously at BLUECHXP, and the company's founder was previously at GorillaGamer. Both the co-founder and the founder have a background in Economics from Iowa State University and California State University, Long Beach respectively. The team also includes a trader from Patak Trading Partners, LLC.
