Aleksandar Đurić

Aleksandar Đurić is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design leadership, currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Toptal since September 2015, where responsibilities include scaling and reorganizing a large design team. At Toptal, Aleksandar has held several key positions, including Head of Product Design and Product Design Lead, focusing on team growth and the establishment of a Design System. In addition to the role at Toptal, Aleksandar co-founded Kinesiology, an e-learning platform, and operates a design consultancy, Minimal Alternative. Previous experience includes positions such as UI/UX Designer at Metropoly and Sourcebits, Interaction Designer at Sourcebits, and a partner at Imperio. Aleksandar also contributed significantly to branding and marketing insights as a Partner and Senior Editor for Branding Magazine, along with academic qualifications from Metropolitan University.
