Kine Hagen has extensive experience in recruiting and staffing within the IT sector, currently serving as Recruiting & Staffing Director at Toptemp since November 2017. Previous roles at Toptemp include Sr. Recruiting & Staffing Manager and Consultant. Prior to joining Toptemp, Kine worked as Recruiting Manager/Key Account Manager at Vacant Helse AS, overseeing recruitment and compliance for healthcare personnel. Kine has also held roles in customer service and office administration, with early work experience at Scandic Hotels and Bladet Nordlys AS. Kine holds a degree in Journalism and Media from the University of Oslo and has completed studies at Bjørknes Høyskole and the University of Tromsø. Certified in the OPTO personality test and ACE ability test, Kine brings a strong background in recruitment and personnel management.
