Andressa Dias

Andressa Dias has extensive experience in administrative coordination, currently serving as Coordenador administrativo at TopWay since October 2011. In this role, Andressa oversees administrative routines, strategic planning, and the management of organizational resources, ensuring the smooth operation of the company through regular team meetings and performance monitoring. Additionally, Andressa authorized purchases, negotiated contracts, and managed the execution of services. From December 2014 to July 2016, Andressa held the position of President of the Academic Directory of Administration at Universidade Católica de Pelotas. Andressa completed a Postgraduate MBA in Decision Science: Psychology, Economics, and Consumption at Unisinos from 2020 to 2022 and earned a degree from Universidade Católica de Pelotas between 2012 and 2016.
