Arancha Riestra's work experience is as follows:

- VP of People and founding team member at TOQIO since April 2018.

- Spanish Ambassador at Madrid Startup Community Forum since July 2018.

- Co-Founder & Ecosystem Director at Go Madrid from September 2017 to June 2019.

- Project Lead at Olivo from March 2016 to June 2019.

- Owner of adaba designs from January 2010 to June 2019.

- Associate Architect at Broadway Malyan, with roles including Architect from July 2010 to March 2014 and Associate Architect from March 2014 to March 2016.

- Architect at RTKL-Ltd - London, with roles including Architect from January 2006 to October 2009 and Architect from January 2005 to January 2006.

- Construction Department collaborator at E.T.S.ARQUITECTURA. MADRID (UPM) from September 2002 to July 2003.

Arancha Riestra obtained a Master's degree in Sustainability Design (MAYAB) from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Masters in Architecture from the same university, starting in 1996 and completing in 2004. It is not known if they pursued any further education at Universidad CEU San Pablo or if they attended any other institutions such as V&A Museum or Mater Salvatoris.
