Varun Alladi started their career as a HR Associate at R4itlabs Corporate Training and Services in April 2017 and later became a Domestic HR Executive, responsible for working for Exprad IT Inc (Hyderabad) with full Employee management of the organization.

In 2019, Varun joined Tundra Technical Solutions as a HR Assistant, where they worked directly with partner teams(Capgemini & Thompson Reuters) in Bangalore to administration work for IT and NON-IT engineering staffing. Including HR duities in the same organization of Hyderabad branch with full access to Employee Database. Varun Yadav then moved to Assistant Manager as a Technical Talent Acquisition team management, continuing their work with IT and non-IT clients from all over the country India wide (National Wide) based clients such as Airtel, IDFC, Toyota, Harman Connected, and Harman International working has a client manager and Inhouse HR management.

Varun's journey continued at Unify Technologies as a Supervisor (LEAD) and Senior Human Resources Consultant in June 2021. In this role, they are responsible for management of total internal hiring process for multiple locations (Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad & NEW Delhi) and managing candidates hiring process through social media, Naukri, Instahyre, Indeed, LinkedIN and networking with the help 10 recruiter team working under him. Varun also plans and coordinates interviews, follows up with candidates, and manages the Performance cycle, onboarding process & EXIT formalities, Payroll duties, Conflicts and Appraisals to eligible employees. Varun received a best employee appreciation in the month of August 2022.

Before their career in Operations, Recruitment and Human Resources Management(HR Head), Varun worked as a Part-Time Data Analyst at Karvy Data Management Services Limited in 2012, where he was responsible for activating Tata Docomo SIM networks and analysing customer documents & to upload into the cloud database for new connections.

Varun Yadav Alladi completed their Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management (MBA HRM/HCM) & Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Business/Commerce, General, from Kalinga University, Raipur, in 2017 & 2021. Before that, they completed their Intermediate education (12th grade) from the Board of Intermediate Education, AP. Varun Yadav's secondary education (SSC) was completed at Indra Vidya Niketan High School, BSEAP.
