Neeraj Agarwal has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Neeraj'smost recent position is as the Head of Information Technology at Torani (R. Torre & Co.), where they are leading the company's digital transformation journey, implementing artificial intelligence and establishing a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business unit. Prior to this, Neeraj worked as an adjunct professor at California State University - East Bay and as an entrepreneur and advisor at kThought, focusing on artificial intelligence for life sciences. Neeraj also served as the Chief Product Officer at the University of California and as a Client Director and CIO Advisory at IBM. Neeraj has extensive experience in advisory roles and startups and has worked at companies such as Advisory Board, Cisco, Music4Real Inc & Saar Production joint venture, and Sun Microsystems.

Neeraj Agarwal's education history includes attending Harvard Business School from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Disruptive Strategy & Leading by Finance. During the same time period, they also pursued studies at The Wharton School, focusing on Data-Driven Business Decisions Specialization and Customer Analytics.
