Rodrigo Ritter, MBA, PMP

Rodrigo Ritter, MBA, PMP has over twenty years of experience in IT and Project Management. Rodrigo began their career in 1998 as a Brazilian Army Officer - Engineering R2, where they were responsible for civil engineering and construction. In 2003, they were invited by CanaVialis founders to design IT systems for a new Company, where they led the team that developed the applications for manufacturing and R&D/breeding pipelines. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Sr Systems Analyst for Monsanto, where they supported the launch and adoption of new applications for row crops and vegetables in different countries. Rodrigo then served as Global IT and PM Director and Sr Manager of IT and Bioinformatics for NexSteppe from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Air Protein as an IT, PM and People Experience Team Member, where they were an HR Technology specialist and provided solutions for People & Culture technology. Rodrigo also served as IT and Project Management Lead for Kiverdi, Inc. in 2018.

Rodrigo Ritter has a diverse educational background. Rodrigo obtained their Graduation in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa between 1999 and 2002. Rodrigo then went on to earn their Masters Degree in Pattern Recognition from UFSCar - Alumni in 2003. Rodrigo then earned their MBA in IT Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2009 and 2011. Rodrigo then attended Harvard University from 2020 to 2022, studying Computer Science. Rodrigo is currently enrolled in a Post Grad Diploma in Data Analytics at Toronto School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Rodrigo also holds several certifications, including a Certified Data Scientist from Toronto School of Management, Harvard CS50 from Harvard University, English proficiency certificate from Duolingo, TOEIC 975/990 from ETS, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Grupo Votorantim, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
