Romi Cimet is a Senior Food Scientist at Torani (R. Torre & Co.) since May 2017, with a focus on innovation and transformation. Previous experience includes a role as a Food Technologist in the R&D team at Tnuva from September 2011 to September 2015, where Romi contributed to the launch of nine new product lines and led a company-wide nutritional improvement program. Responsibilities included developing production formulas, conducting sensory testing, and performing shelf life tests. Romi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
