Stephen Lu

Stephen Lu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In their current position as the Director of Enterprise Business Processes at Torani (R. Torre & Co.), they are responsible for overseeing and improving the company's business processes. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager, leading strategy and consulting projects. Stephen also held the role of Manager at Accenture. Before joining Accenture, Stephen worked at Future State Inc., where they served as a Delivery Lead and Business Process Consultant, helping clients achieve business transformation. Stephen also gained experience as an Analyst at Future State. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as an Enterprise Business Developer at JUSTINMIND, a software prototyping platform company. Stephen also co-founded and served as the President of Garfield Produce Company, a social enterprise focused on sustainable vertical farming technology. Stephen Lu completed their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, graduating in 2005. Stephen later pursued an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, completing the program between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Stephen has obtained several certifications. These include "Python for Data Science and AI" from IBM, acquired in December 2022, and "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2019. Other certifications, such as "Certified OKR Coach" and "Six Sigma Green Belt," do not have specific dates provided.
