Stephen Lu completed their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, graduating in 2005. Stephen later pursued an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, completing the program between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Stephen has obtained several certifications. These include "Python for Data Science and AI" from IBM, acquired in December 2022, and "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2019.
