Rafael Garcia-Lucena has a diverse work experience in sales and marketing. Rafael started their career as a Technical Sales Representative for ISP in 2002, specializing in Pharma and Personal Care. Rafael then worked as a Regional Sales Representative for Resinal de Mexico / Omni Plastics LLC from 2013 to 2015, focusing on the development and compounding of engineering thermoplastic resins. Rafael later joined Toray Plastics (America), Inc. in 2015 as a Sales Account Manager for Mexico, responsible for sales plans, customer satisfaction, and new business development. Rafael briefly worked as a Sr. Account Manager for PolyOne in 2018 before returning to Toray Plastics (America), Inc. as a Sales Account Manager and eventually became the Sales & Marketing Manager for Mexico and LATAM in 2019. In these roles, Rafael managed national sales staff, supervised customer service departments, and handled contract and pricing negotiations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to grow sales, implement business strategies, and maintain customer relationships in various industries such as automotive, appliances, electronics, and electronics.

Rafael Garcia-Lucena holds a Master's Degree in Global Master of Business Administration, which they earned from National University between 2011 and 2013. Rafael'sundergraduate studies were completed at Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they obtained a degree in QFI - Quimico Farmaceutico Industrial in the field of Pharmaceuticals Sciences from 1999 to 2004.
