Joanne Cochrane

Joanne Cochrane is an experienced communications professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Communications and Engagement Officer at Torbay Council since August 2021, Joanne previously held the position of Communications Officer at Plymouth Community Homes from February 2011 to July 2021. Prior roles include Communications Assistant at South West Water and Account Manager at Coast Communications and Marketing. Early career experience includes several editorial roles at Exeter Express and Echo and Islington Gazette.
