Malcolm Coe

Malcolm Coe has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles within various governmental organizations. Malcolm is currently working as the Director of Finance at Torbay Council since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Strategic Finance Lead at Havant Borough Council from March 2022 to February 2023. Malcolm also held the position of Director of Investment and Corporate Services at the West of England Combined Authority from October 2018 to March 2022.
