Gabriel Acosta

Test and Systems Integration Engineer at Torc Robotics

Gabriel Acosta is a Test and Systems Integration Engineer at Torc Robotics, a position held since June 2020. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology from August 2016 to June 2020, where research focused on the use of a robotic arm for autonomous inspection of contaminated containers, employing computer vision techniques with Matlab and Python. Gabriel holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronic Systems and Robotics, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
