Laurie Kelly, JD, CCEP

Laurie Kelly, JD, CCEP, CCEP-I, currently serves as a Compliance Officer at Torc Robotics and is the owner of Blacksburg Books. With extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, Laurie held positions as Associate Vice President, Legal & Compliance, and Legal Counsel & Sr. Director, Corporate Compliance at 1901 Group, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on legal implications and managing the company's compliance function. Prior to that, Laurie was the Compliance and Operations Manager at Match Capital, LLC, ensuring regulatory compliance for a hedge fund management company. Laurie also operated a private law practice focused on civil, family law, and mediation and was a partner at Crumpler Freedman Parker & Witt, making history as the first female partner in the firm. Laurie earned a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in English Language and Literature from Whitworth University.
