Richard Russell

Richard Russell is a Fleet Compliance Specialist at Torc Robotics since August 2021 and previously served as the Head JV Softball Coach at Lord Botetourt High School from January 2019 to January 2022. Richard has experience as a Safety Supervisor at Chemsolv, Inc. from October 2020 to August 2021 and spent over 16 years as a Senior Trooper with the Virginia State Police, conducting FMCSA Level 1-6 inspections, including Hazmat and nuclear waste inspections. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University, completed further education at the Virginia State Police Academy and Virginia Western Community College, and attended Concord University.
