Bruce Lloyd

Bruce Lloyd is a seasoned leader in defense with extensive experience in missile defense systems, having held key positions at Torch Technologies, Sandia National Laboratories, and the Missile Defense Agency. As the Director of Strategic Systems at Torch Technologies since August 2021, Bruce Lloyd oversees technology development and systems engineering for missile defense. Previous roles include Research Development Engineering Manager at Sandia, Director of BMDS Life Cycle Management, and various leadership positions within the Missile Defense Agency and US Army, particularly in acquisition, logistics, and operational development. Bruce Lloyd holds advanced degrees in Military Strategic Studies and Information Systems, complementing a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
