Anastasia Mizitova, SHRM-SCP, CPCC has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Anastasia began their career in 1998 as an Employee Benefits Executive at RBC Investor & Treasury Services. In 2000, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Consultant for Employee Remuneration and Tax Services. During their time at PwC, they were promoted to Manager of Human Resources Consulting and Organisational Development Consulting. In 2008, they joined CBSD Thunderbird Russia as a Senior Corporate Trainer, Coach, and Consultant. In 2014, they founded and became the Director of Leadership Development, Executive Coach, and HR Consultant at People Energy. In 2022, Mizitova began working at The Ken Blanchard Companies as a Business Coach, at PPS International Limited as an Instructional Designer, at Talent14, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder, and at Torch as a Business Mentor.

Anastasia Mizitova, SHRM-SCP, CPCC holds an MD in International Economic Affairs from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. Anastasia also holds an Executive Certificate from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they obtained in 2009 in Global Leadership, Cross-Cultural Communications, and Global Negotiations.
