Bryan Sykes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bryan is currently a Partner at Giving Back Studio, a cooperative software studio that focuses on creating purposeful and delightful software solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Mentor at Torch, providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs. Bryan also co-founded Career Mojo™, a predictive hiring platform for healthcare employers. Before that, they founded and served as the Managing Partner at Integrated Health Consultants, where they helped healthcare leaders make better decisions. Bryan has also founded Dynamic Growth Partners, a consultancy that helps entrepreneurial leadership teams maximize performance. Bryan has experience as a Guest Lecturer and Corporate Trainer at the College of Central Florida and was a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Laurel Pines Transitional Housing Project, addressing homelessness and transitional housing for disadvantaged young adults. Furthermore, Bryan founded the Boys N2 Men Institute, a not-for-profit agency that supports teenage boys aging out of the foster care system. Bryan was also a Co-Founder and Project Consultant for the I-CARE Project, which provided funding for medical initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa and Central America. Lastly, Bryan started their career as a Research Assistant Intern at the Public Health Commission of Washington, D.C.
Bryan Sykes has a diverse education history. Bryan completed a Master's of Science in Health Care Services Administration from Regis University from 2020 to 2022. In the same period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Prior to this, Bryan received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration/Finance from Regis University.
Furthermore, in 1994, Bryan was a Future Physicians Program Fellow at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of the New York Institute of Technology. Bryan also holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from The University of the West Indies, Mona and a Friends World Program degree from Long Island University, Southampton Campus, where they studied International Affairs, Tropical Medicine, and Pre-Med.
In addition to their formal education, Bryan has obtained several certifications. These include Basic Certification in Quality and Safety from IHI, Certified Lifestyle Medicine Executive from Doane University, Change Works Analyst from the Institute for Productive Tension, and Health Care Informatics Certification from Regis University. Bryan is also a Master Consultant in Neuro-Axiology from Axiogenics, LLC.
