Joshua Cohen

Joshua Cohen has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Joshua began their career as an Intern at EHI Company in 2012. In 2013, they took on the role of Senior Associate at Delta Associates, where they were promoted to Senior Associate in 2015. That same year, they also began working as a Full Stack Web Developer at General Assembly, developing a portfolio of individually focused and collaboratively focused projects. In 2013, they also Co-Founded FlashCater, where they implemented a solution to increase meal variety for Greek organizations and grew the service to 10,000 meals served per year. In 2016, they Co-Founded Elevate Meal Plan and began working at Excella as a Software Engineer, eventually becoming a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Torch as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer.

Joshua Cohen received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American Government and Politics (United States) from the University of Virginia in 2013. In 2015 and 2016, they attended General Assembly for Web Development Immersive Student. Prior to that, they attended Norfolk Academy from 2005 to 2009. In March 2016, Joshua obtained a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
