Rick Reddington, MS, PCC

Rick Reddington, MS, PCC has over 20 years of experience in the coaching and training industry. Rick began their career in 2001 as a Coach, Trainer, and Consultant for Performance Solutions. Rick then joined CoachVille in 2002 as Director, where they managed the first online coach community and training organization in the world. In 2006, they became the Director of Training for Admissions at Kaplan University, where they developed a team of Training Specialists and managed all organizational learning to support a student servicing center. In 2009, they were promoted to the Director of Training for the Business-to-Business (B2B) Division at Kaplan University. In 2016, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Champlain College. In 2018, they joined BetterUp as a Leadership & Career Development Premier Fellow Coach. In 2022, they became a Leadership, Career Growth & Well-Being Coach for Ubiquity Coaches and a Leadership Development, Wellness & Career Growth Coach for Torch. Currently, Rick works as a Leadership, Alignment, Sales, Performance, Well-Being, DEIB & Presence | Career Strategist for RickReddington.com, where they provide leadership, presence, alignment, burnout, DEIB, sales, tech, startup culture, wellness, and career growth coaching, training, and mentoring.

Rick Reddington, MS, PCC has an extensive education history. In 2015-2016, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Leadership from Champlain College. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Liberal Studies with a focus in Organizational Communications & Psychology from Kaplan University in 2012-2015. Rick also holds a Graduate Certificate in Positive Organizational Development from Champlain College, obtained in 2017-2018.

In addition, they have obtained several certificates from various institutions. In 2021, they earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and an Employee Wellness and Stress Management Certificate from Stanford University. Rick also has a Certificate in Career Success Specialization from UC Irvine, obtained in 2020. In 2022, they are set to receive a Stanford Center for Health Education (SCHE) Graduate Certificate from Stanford Continuing Studies, as well as Positive Psychology Health and Well-Being Coaching Certification Program from College of Executive Coaching.
