Samantha Mielke has held various roles in the customer success and account strategy fields since 2012. Samantha began their career as an intern at Step Up Women's Network and Taproot Foundation in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Samantha then joined Aquent in 2012 and held roles such as Account Director | Media & Entertainment, Recruiting Agent | Consumer Goods & Services, and Assistant. In 2018, they joined Fairygodboss and held roles such as Director, Account Strategy and Customer Success, Enterprise Account Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2022 they joined Torch as a Customer Success Manager.

Samantha Mielke began their education in 2007 at Moorpark College. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Selling to Major Accounts: A Strategic Approach from the American Management Association. Samantha also attended General Assembly, though the duration of their attendance is unknown.
