Michelle Karver is a seasoned career coach and facilitator with extensive experience in career development and coaching services. Currently, Michelle serves as a facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a senior career coach at SparkEffect, where strategic leaders receive guidance in attracting and inspiring talent. Michelle owns MK Consulting, specializing in career transitions and reentries into the workforce. Past roles include delivering workshops as a consultant for Claremont EAP, providing one-on-one coaching at NetExpat, and conducting training at The Training Associates. Previously, Michelle has held significant positions at Lee Hecht Harrison as a career consultant and at Xerox UK as an HR and training manager. Academic credentials include an MA in Applied Psychology from Golden Gate University and a BA in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
