Mike Butz

Mike Butz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Mike started their career in 1994 as an Experienced Senior at Arthur Andersen. Mike later worked as an Associate at Nomura Securities from 1997 to 1999 and then at Commercial Capital Initiatives (GMAC Commercial Mortgage) from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they held the position of Senior Vice President at The Carlton Group. Mike then joined Morgan Stanley as a Mortgage Banker from 2003 to 2004. Mike Butz was also a Director at Hypo Real Estate Capital Corp from 2004 to 2011. Mike is currently working as a Partner and Head of Acquisitions at Torchlight Investors, a position they have held since November 2011.

Mike Butz attended Lehigh University College of Business from 1990 to 1994, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Economics.
