Kay Theodoss

Kay Theodoss has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kay started their career in 1993 as a Captain in the United States Army and served until 1999. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst and Sales Support at Perot Systems Corporation from 1999 to 2002. Kay then moved on to Cubic, where they held the position of Deputy Director of Recruiting from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they joined L-3 Communications Titan Corporation as Chief of Staff and Director of Recruiting Operations from 2003 to 2006. Most recently, they worked as the VP of Recruiting at Torden LLC, starting in 2013.

Kay Theodoss pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Hofstra University, starting in 1989 and completing their studies in 1993.
