Idan Schweitzer

Idan Schweitzer began their work experience as an IT Support Specialist at Teva Pharmaceuticals in December 2017, where they worked until June 2018. From June 2018 to July 2019, they worked as a Security Operations Specialist at Trustnet. Following this, they joined Gett as a Cyber Security Specialist in July 2019, and held this role until November 2020. Idan then worked at Plarium as an Information Security Expert from November 2020 to January 2022, where they built, led, and operated the Global Information Security team. Currently, they serve as the Cyber Security Operations Lead at Torii starting from January 2022.

Idan Schweitzer's education history begins in 2017 when they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Idan completed a degree in Cyber Security, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. This educational journey lasted until 2018.

Later, in 2022, Idan enrolled at Bar-Ilan University. Here, they pursued a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) degree in the field of Information Security and Data Privacy. Idan concluded this program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Idan Schweitzer has also obtained various certifications. In January 2022, they completed the CISSP Cert Prep (1 Security and Risk Management) course offered by LinkedIn. Idan also acquired the VMware vSphere 6.5 Foundations certification in April 2018, followed by the VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization certification in June 2018.
