Marina Rogachov

Marina Rogachov has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and user experience. Marina is currently working as a Product Manager at Torii, where they are responsible for end-to-end product management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff UX at ServiceNow for six months.

Before ServiceNow, Marina worked at Perfecto as a UX Product Manager and later as a UX Lead. In these roles, they led strategic projects, defined and designed solutions, represented the voice of the customer, and managed design deliverables.

Marina also gained experience at Kenshoo as a Usability Expert, where they created UX concepts and led UX for key products. Before that, they worked at PTC as a User Experience Designer, participating in global projects and designing concepts for CAD applications.

Marina's career began at Aman Group as a UX Specialist & Project Manager, where they managed numerous UX design projects for various clients. Marina also worked at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Research Center for Work Safety and Human Engineering, as a Human Factors Expert, conducting interviews and observations in the field of Human Engineering and Work Safety.

Marina Rogachov's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the University of Haifa. From 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English Linguistics and Literature. Following their undergraduate studies, Marina continued their education at the University of Haifa from 2001 to 2004. During this period, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors, graduating with honors. In 2020, Marina briefly attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a product management certificate.
