Michael Rogado

Michael Rogado possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as President of TORM Shipping Philippines Inc. since December 2014, and previously as General Manager Marine HR for the same company since October 2011. Under this position, responsibilities include manning vessels in compliance with regulations and policies, recruiting skilled crew, and overseeing performance evaluations. Michael also serves as President of PMMA Class 1991 and has held significant roles with Maersk Crew Management, OSM Maritime Services, and Maersk Line, demonstrating a strong track record in crew management and welfare planning for diverse international teams. Educationally, Michael Rogado holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Careers Academy (1987-1991).
