Human Resources and Recruitment

The Human Resources and Recruitment team at TORM is responsible for managing and supporting the company's talent pool, both at sea and on land. This team oversees recruitment processes, employee training and development, and ensures compliance with HR policies across all offices and operations globally. Additionally, they provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, and support the well-being and career growth of approximately 3,400 employees worldwide.
