Beat Ambros has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Beat started their career in 1990 as a Praktiant at Mikron, where they gained experience in logistics, accounting, and sales. Beat then worked as a kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter Finanzen at Mikron from 1992 to 1994.

In 1995, they joined Mikron AG Nidau as the Stv. Leiter Finanzwesen + SAP Projekte, before moving on to Infra-Industrie AG as a Buchhalter from 1997 to 1999.

In 2000, Ambros joined Mikron Comp-Tec AG as the Leiter Finanz und Rechnungswesen, where they stayed until 2002. Beat then worked at Agie Charmilles Sales in 2006 as the Ad interim Leiter Finanzen und Controlling.

From 2003 to 2009, Ambros held various roles at MIkron Agie Charmilles AG, including Leiter Finanzen und Rechnungswesen and CFO Geschäftszweig Milling.

In 2013, they worked as the Group Financial Controller SAP - Projektleiter SAP - China at Agie Charmilles, before moving to Tornos SA in 2014 as the International Controller. Throughout their career, Ambros has gained expertise in financial management, controlling, and SAP project management.

Beat Ambros attended Kaufmännische Schule Biel from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Eidg. Buchhalter mit Fachausweis degree. Beat also attended Handelsschule Feusi from 1988 to 1991, where they received their KV Abschluss/Handelsdiplom degree. In addition to their formal education, Beat Ambros also holds a certification as a Zertifizierter SAP Berater FI from SAP.
