Nicolas Pugnant-Gros has a diverse range of work experience. Nicolas started their career as a Technical Sales Engineer at Amrp Handels in 1999 before moving on to Tornos Group in 2001. At Tornos Group, they held various roles including Sales Engineer/Asia & South America, Order Project Manager, Project Manager in R&D, Product Manager, and Product Lifecycle Manager. Nicolas was responsible for tasks such as quotation, technical studies, customer visits, managing sales projects, and leading teams of up to 25 people. Nicolas also played a key role in the development and launch of a new multi-spindle machine platform. Additionally, Nicolas had a brief experience as a Soccer Coach U11 at FC Moutier, where they utilized their coaching skills and certifications in sports training.

Nicolas Pugnant-Gros began their education in 1992 at Lycée Jules Renard, where they pursued a degree in Bac F1 mechanical engineering and production. Nicolas completed this program in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Lycée technique Jules Renard and obtained a BTS Mechanics & Automation degree, specializing in engineering. In 1996, Nicolas enrolled at ICN Business School, where they pursued a degree in International trade for goods and services with a focus on Marketing industriel. Nicolas completed this program in 1999. Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, Nicolas studied at Haute école de gestion Arc, pursuing an Executive MBA with a field of study in Management & Leadership.
