Amy E. Dahl

Amy Dahl was appointed vice president, international in March 2023 and continues to serve as general counsel and corporate secretary until a successor is named, positions she has held since January 2020. She previously served as vice president, human resources and general counsel from November 2020 to August 2022, and vice president, human resources, distributor development and general counsel from January 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, she was vice president, human resources and distributor development from December 2016 to January 2020, and vice president, human resources from March 2015 to December 2016.

Dahl joined The Toro Company in 2007 as corporate counsel and served in various legal roles of increasing responsibility, including as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary until June 2013. She provided legal counsel primarily in the areas of securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law, and had oversight responsibility for the Company’s product integrity team. From 2012 to 2014 she served as chair of the committee responsible for planning the Company’s centennial celebration. She also served as managing director, corporate communications and investor relations from June 2013 to March 2015.

Dahl earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from The University of North Dakota School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She serves on the boards of the Greater Twin Cities United Way and The Toro Foundation.
