Claudine Weiler

Claudine Weiler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as Managing Director, HR & Total Rewards at The Toro Company since August 2005, Claudine previously held the position of Director, Total Rewards & HR Services. Prior to that, Claudine worked at General Mills from 2001 to 2005 as Director of International Compensation and Benefits. Claudine holds both an MBA and a BS in business from St. Cloud State University, completed between 1988 and 2004.
