Jill Pemberton

Jill Pemberton is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as CFO North America at LVMH since July 2020 and is a Board Member at The Toro Company since March 2022. Previously, Pemberton held the position of Senior Vice President for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Viacom from July 2019 to February 2020 and served in various vice president roles at Johnson & Johnson from September 2013 to June 2019, focusing on finance within supply chain and consumer groups. Prior experience includes positions at HJ Heinz, where Pemberton was Director of Commercial Finance for UK&I, among other director roles from September 2008 to June 2013. Pemberton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University, where involvement included participation in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and INROADS.
