Angela Wallace, M.Sc., is an accomplished Senior Project Manager specializing in Aquatic Monitoring & Management at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) since September 2019. With extensive experience in aquatic ecology, Angela previously served as a Senior Aquatic Ecologist at Palmer Environmental Consulting Group Inc. and held various roles at TRCA, including Manager and Project Manager in Watershed Planning & Reporting. Additionally, Angela has contributed to academia as a Lecturer in Freshwater Ecology & Biomonitoring at the University of Toronto at Scarborough. Angela's work history includes positions as an Aquatic Ecologist at Gartner Lee Limited and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, as well as teaching assistance at Trent University. Angela holds a Master’s degree in Watershed Ecosystems from Trent University and a CAPM certification in Project Management from the University of Toronto/Project Management Institute.

With more than 60 years of experience, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is one of 36 Conservation Authorities in Ontario, created to safeguard and enhance the health and well-being of watershed communities through the protection and restoration of the natural environment and the ecological services the environment provides.
