Natalie Blake, CHRL (she/her), has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at MPAC, where they held various positions including Manager Employee Relations, HRIS-SAP Project Manager, and Human Resources Consultant from 2005 to 2019. Before joining MPAC, Natalie worked as the Human Resources Manager and Representative at Kretschmar, INC from 2002 to 2005. Natalie also gained experience as the Strategic Planning & Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator at the Ministry of Community and Social Services from 2000 to 2002.
