Thivaher (Thiv) Paramsothy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hera Fertility Inc. Thivaher (Thiv) is also an Entrepreneur In Residence at Toronto Business Development Centre and a Mentor at BHive. Previously, Thivaher (Thiv) was the Co-Founder & VP of Growth at Adracare, now part of WELL Health, where Thivaher (Thiv) led go-to-market strategies and sales efforts. Thiv also has experience as a Director at DoctorCare and as a Research Assistant at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Thivaher (Thiv) holds an MSc in Health Service Research, Health Informatics from the University of Toronto.
