Laymar Reyes

Laymar Reyes is an experienced facilities management professional with a background in building operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a Caretaker for the Toronto Catholic District School Board since September 2020, Laymar has held various roles, including Machine Operator at Art Venetian Blinds, Building Management System Operator for DAVPART INC & THE INGER GROUP LTD, and Maintenance Mechanic at Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. Previous experience includes serving as a Building Operator for the City of Toronto/Hays Toronto and as a Maintenance Electrician at KEPPEL BATANGAS SHIPYARD, INC. Educational credentials include a forthcoming Limited License Certificate from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, a Facility Manager degree focused on Building Environmental Systems from Seneca Polytechnic, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology from Batangas State University.
