Svetlana Lupasco

Svetlana Lupasco is an experienced education professional specializing in adult ESL instruction and content development, currently serving as a Project Consultant and Content Developer (e-learning) at the Toronto Catholic District School Board since 2016. As a co-moderator of #CdnELTchat, a bi-monthly Twitter chat for ESL practitioners, and a Teacher Trainer and Workshop Facilitator for PD Events, Svetlana engages with educational communities across Canada. Previous roles include TESOL Instructor at the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College and Program Manager for Adult ESL at the York Region District School Board. With a solid academic foundation, including an MA in TESOL from the University of Manchester and a Master's in Philology, Svetlana has developed and implemented innovative curriculum strategies and led assessments tailored to adult learners' needs.
