Zara Ogden

Zara Ogden is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club since April 2023. With extensive experience at The Home Depot Canada from April 2015 to April 2023, Zara held pivotal roles including Talent Development Manager, where collaboration with leaders fostered talent growth and cultural alignment, and Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, focusing on creating inclusive workplaces through education and engagement.
