Claudia Baldissera

Claudia Baldissera is a seasoned Business System Analyst and Trainer with extensive experience in IT project delivery, data analysis, and business processes. Currently employed at Toronto Hydro since June 2011, Claudia serves as a Business System Analyst & Trainer, focusing on internal system implementation projects, particularly in mobile applications and outage management systems.
